The L956HEV is a 5.8-tonne-rated electric SDLG wheel loader built on the brand's proven 956 platform for quarries, heavy infrastructure, and utility work, with bucket options from 2.7 to 5.0 m³. A 350 kWh lithium iron phosphate battery (579.6 V) powers a 125 kW drive system with 6-8 hours of endurance, while delivering zero emissions and low noise.

An intelligent control system automatically adjusts power output to load and speed for smooth, efficient operation, and a thermal management system for the battery, motor, and controller keeps it reliable across different temperatures and workloads. With 170 kN of both tractive and breakout force, a 3.38 m dumping height, and a 36° steering angle, it handles truck loading and heavy material handling with ease.
